Absolutely stunning hotel in Budapest old the Buda side with gorgeous views of the Danube. Extremely well located. Everything is walkable. Air conditioning worked OK. Get a room with a balcony. You can literally see the chain bridge and the parliament building from the balcony.

Hotel located on the Buda bank right on the Danube, almost in front of the parliament. Close to the subway, tram stops, and the funicular. Large room, reasonably clean; in 3 days, the bathroom sink was cleaned, but never the toilet, and the vacuum was never run in the room. Good breakfast, but with little variety in the sweet section. Staff of few words.

The Boutique Hotel Victoria was the ideal base for us to explore Budapest. The location right by the Danube is excellent. From our room, we could observe the passing ships and had a wonderful view of the parliament illuminated in the evening. We particularly enjoyed that one could not only enjoy the view but also observe life on the street. Our room was on the second floor and was generously sized. It featured a large bed, several pillows to choose from, enough storage space for luggage, and a pleasant bathroom with a bathtub. The beds were rather soft, which one must like. Those who travel for photos or a clear view of the Danube and parliament should book one of the higher floors. The breakfast offered everything one could wish for a successful start to the day. Bread, croissants, cheese, cold cuts, muesli, juices, and coffee were plentiful. We really lacked nothing. We were particularly positively surprised by the windows. Although the streetcar runs directly in front of the hotel and many people are out and about, it was pleasantly quiet with the windows closed. Those arriving by car can briefly stop right in front of the hotel to unload their luggage. The small garage is located just a few houses away. Since the number of spots is limited, one should reserve them in advance. Overall, it is a superbly located hotel with a breathtaking view, friendly staff, and a perfect starting point for a visit to Budapest. We would stay here again at any time.
