The best things that I will say is that Heviz is a lovely town, and the man at the front desk was friendly and tried to help as best he could. Perhaps we would have had a better stay if we'd booked...

We stayed in the Apart Hotel which is an annex to the Kalma one block away. Our room was in the attic with sky lights not windows so the sun baked the room when the temperature reached 95 degrees...

The staff were unhelpful. Customer service does not appear to be in their vocabulary. We purchased a package including Dinner on Christmas on 25th December. Dinner was poor, options were not...
