Reykjavik Residence

Everything about our stay was perfect - we actually added on a night at the end of our trip and came back to stay in the same place! Location is perfection, people were lovely, room was very nice! Very spacious. The kitchen had more than we would ever need, bathroom was great -- nice design and well appointed. We checked out 2 different times and each time by children left something. The employees were super helpful in aiding us in retrieving the items both times. Super friendly, warm, welcoming staff. HIGHLY recommend!!

Good breakfast delivered to your room. This apartment hotel is conveniently situated near the the city centre. Very comfortable. Good front desk service.

From the time we checked in to the time we left the staff was warm, helpful and welcoming. Being able to leave our luggage at the front desk before and after checking in/out was so helpful. Our Junior suite city view was in the Artisan House and was very comfortable having everything we needed for our stay. It was an extremely quick walk to bus stop 6 the Culture House which was fantastic as many tours leave from there. It was also a super quick walk to the Harpa and many restaurants and bakeries in town. Very convenient. It is a very quiet location with the only noise coming from the upstairs apartment with somebody making noise one night only. Not the fault of the proprietor and the subsequent family was very quiet. Otherwise it was quite a perfect stay. We did have the breakfast package and for the two of us was too much food. We had meal plans made throughout our stay and weren’t able to consume all they left us. If one was to make a picnic to take that would be perfect but we didn’t need to do that. The daily bread delivery was wonderful. The skyr and hard boiled eggs cheeses and ham and fruits were very nice. If we are fortunate enough to go back to Reykjavik in the future we would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
