Stayed here 1-night, part of organized tour. Be aware, the receptionist isn’t at the front desk full time-so if you have a question/concern there’s a number to call. Room was fairly clean & quiet. I appreciated the roomier bathroom & enclosures shower (not getting water on floor) There’s restaurants within walking distance. The continental breakfast is decent, however the breakfast area does get pretty full at times & you may need to eat your food in the neighboring lobby. And like many hotels, there’s no elevator Overall, a comfortable stay.

There is nobody at the office desk. You tried to call the phone. Nobody answers. Phone does not work. Why isn't there anybody who works here?

Nasty staff. Unhelpful, gave me attitude when I asked for a special needs room. Refused to accommodate a small request for milk for a child. And told me to go to “the store”. what store? I just got here, and would not elaborate. Out of an 11 day vaca, the worst hotel we stayed in. Skip it and go elsewhere!!
