Quality Inn Bez Krishnaa

stayed at Quality Inn Bez Krishna, near Diamond Park, Visakhapatnam, from 31 July 2026 to 10 August 2026, and unfortunately, this was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I have had. I was initially given Room 209, which was considerably smaller than expected. I raised the issue multiple times with the staff and eventually had to escalate it through email before my room was changed to Room 205. While I appreciate that the room was eventually changed, I should not have had to repeatedly follow up for a basic room-related concern to be addressed. The bigger problem, however, was the behaviour of certain staff members. Throughout my 10-day stay, I felt repeatedly ignored and treated differently from my colleagues and other guests who accompanied me. The difference was particularly noticeable during breakfast. Staff would approach my colleagues and ask whether they wanted complimentary items or services such as live dosa and coffee, while I was never once offered these things throughout my entire stay. One incident may be insignificant, but when you experience the same kind of differential treatment repeatedly, it becomes difficult to ignore. There were also occasions when my calls were not attended to or my requests were not properly responded to. The attitude of certain reception staff was dismissive, condescending and unnecessarily rude. I would specifically mention Padma, the part-time/night receptionist, and Geetha, the HR cum morning receptionist. My interactions with both were extremely unpleasant. On one occasion, I waited around 10 minutes simply because Padma was on another call while I was waiting to get her name so I could accurately mention her in my feedback. I found this extremely unprofessional. The lack of basic assistance continued even at checkout. I was again left to manage my suitcases myself, and one of my suitcases fell while I was handling them. I nearly fell as well. What disappointed me most was not simply the room issue or the lack of luggage assistance. It was the overall attitude. I consistently felt unwelcome, looked down upon and treated differently from other guests. Hotel hospitality should be about treating every guest with basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly recommend that the management seriously review the behaviour of the reception staff and the customer-service standards at this property. Based on my experience between 31 July and 10 August 2026, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to others. If there is any option of negitive ratings i would legit give a solid -10

Hotel has seen its best days and now in a state of decay. The Carpet on 2nd floor was smelling. Room was ok but bathroom fittings were rusting. Reception was not much interested even though check in was smooth. Multicuisine restaurant listed on website is not open and the cafe doubles up as the restaurant. Food was average and reasonable but service was not enthusiastic. Hotel needs a major revamp.

Don’t except the service hear and the way staff behaviour is rude. Fungus growing on walls rooms are stinky smell. Insets are roaming lin room and even kettle, thinking before you book. There is no minimum responsibility of staff they will not ready to solve
