"At the arrival room did not correspond at all to the resa of Nov 25: - no window, probably less than 10 M2!?, additional fees charged to get the room in compliance with our resa (5,515 RS in addition to the 8,137 RS already paid) The manager categorically refused to cancel the additional fees because we had gone through Booking. Same situation for another client on the same date. Unacceptable!! Hotel to avoid" Decent breakfast

Liked · Quick one night stay. Professional staff, nice room, decent bathroom, if a little pokey. Had a silly early departure, kind enough to supply brekky pack for the train. Very handy to New Delhi train station Disliked · Nothing comes to mind.

Potentially a great hotel. They get everything right. Room was clean but no hot water!
