Centra Inn

The rooms are nice, but the service is absolutely horrible! It's currently 40-45 degrees in Delhi and they constantly turn off the AC. The overpriced menu food is bought from the street outside and staff will put it on a plate, or bring it to you in plastic bags, depending their mood. One day they'll bring you 3 Puri's (as stated in the menu) and the next day just 2... and then try to convince you that you're wrong. Sometimes they'll take your order and just bring you one of the things you ordered an hour later, instead of informing you that something is unavailable. The location isn't bad, there are a lot of better hotels in this area to choose from.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. We did have a problem with our room on check-in and we ended up with a solution than usual sized room. the staff were very good and cooperative at presenting with us .
