The hotel has a great location. We came for treatment and the proximity to the clinic and pharmacies makes us very happy. Excellent price ratio quality. The rooms are fresh and clean. The guys on the counter, Nitin and Rakesh, are cool and very sympathetic. Internet works steadily 👍

She checked in with the hotel the day before and everything was fine. As soon as we arrived to check in - it turned out sharply that the room that was booked for some reason was occupied and we are offered a room more expensive and larger. Although I don't need that at all. I had to defend my rights, which took about an hour. Also asked to cancel the booking to their advantage when I said I wouldn't - because that's my guarantee - they indicated in the service that we didn't stop by and in addition charged a fine for not checking in ($45) When I came to look into it and ask for the fine to be waived, there was a sudden start to the excuse that it wasn't a fine, it was taxes. In the end, it took a lot of time to deal with the booking directly (good this service responded adequately). The room itself turned out to be terribly dirty, dusted off for months. Bed linen stained, other people's hair present. As a conclusion, it's clear that no one changed these bed linens. A room costs $45 a night for a second. By Indian standards, it's not cheap. And the level is a klopovnik. The staff themselves are as boorish as possible, unable to communicate. Nowhere has I experienced more tension than when I was in this hotel. Every step of the way they ask for tips. For what? For bringing my own stuff? What I'm being cheated of at every turn is wrong, isn't it?🤷⍀�⸏ Bring water (and it's supposed to) - stand and wait for the money🤷⍀�⸏ Interestingly tuned in. For them, Europeans are not human beings, but walking debtors and keepers. Also, breakfast was listed in the booking, which is included... but had to poke them in the paperwork and prove it was included. Black and white says one thing, and they try to scamper to the last and assure you that no, it's not on. In general, in order not to waste your time and nerves - just choose another hotel. The location itself isn't real. There are no sights, no cafes... nothing. Just the worst impression of this place.

Terrible! Assigned room with air conditioning not working, sheets with blood stains and towels in the bathroom not changed by previous guests. We ask for a change of room. Air conditioning leaking water on the bed. Unfriendly and rude staff. Definitely the worst hotel in 20 days holiday in India. A disgrace. Stay away from me!
