Hotel City Centre

We went there in the month of November, it is quite cool place, then too i take AC room for better stay or sleep. Room are not clean but we said this to manager they clean the room asap. Hotel contact for taxi and tourist place is good. Must visit once in the month of novembr

The hotel was going dirty and full of sand and dirt everywhere.....After we checked in my first eye went to the bedsheets which was stained and they served us room like this... Second, wen I asked for Ac remote that wasn't available so they switched it on from reception, and after 5 mins the entire room flooded with water.....The staffs are very rude. Even the charging point of the room was not working..So I cancelled the entire booking and booked nearby hotel hotel...So if want a good stay n mood don't go to this hotel..Worst experience I ever had in my life till now with hotel.

Before room booking if you talk with owner he is like gentleman, and after you pay all the money and book the room and reach the hotel he is rubbish person like his hotel, he don't have manners how to talk with Clint, and his hotel rooms are also not same looks like pic. Rubbish room, rubbish hotel, rubbish staff, so please don't stay here, it's was very bad experience with me and my husband to stay this kind of dharamshla.
