Hotel O Grand Peepal

Unfortunately, the room provided by the hotel was in extremely poor condition and did not match the promised standards. The issues I faced include:  Presence of cockroaches and lack of hygiene. No functional TV, despite it being listed as an amenity. Broken furniture and poorly maintained facilities. Given these unacceptable conditions, I was unable to have a comfortable stay. I request a full refund as the room did not meet the promised standards. I have attached photos/videos as evidence of the poor conditions. Please process my refund at the earliest. I look forward to your prompt response.

I booked my room through oyo . The hotel admin staff take payment through credit card and showed no show to the hotel. The OYO also deducted room charges from my OYO account which was not refunded. I compalint on OYO app but they have not provided any solution. So i was cheated by paying double amount on booking through OYO app. My advice to all travelers kindly do not book through OYO app as they do not have effective resolution helpline. Instead of it using other travel apps.

I'm loved the hotel because of its superb servicing and so cooperating staff. The interior of hotel is well design and I loved it!!. Morning breakfast buffet is also good, AC, TV are working fine and rooms are well cleaned.
