Hotel The Grace

Its a pathetic hotel with just untidiness, dirt, filthy and unhygenic rooms, not as promised on any online platforms. Its an X grade hotel. Mr Vijay basically original name Md Sufiyan Raza the caretaker of this hotel has taken undue Rs 1550 keeping me at knife point, inspite of my trip being refunded from MMT platform where i had booked the hotel from. Please check the hotel photos with spits all over room walls and cockroaches all moving by. The commode was not fixed and moving. Also nthing in the rooms as per assured amenities.Never stay in this hotel. They have hyped the hotel reviews on all platforms. Basically hotel is run by dacoits and traficking agents. You may ascertain it by the stains on the walls

Bathroom fittings are broken . No mirrors in room or bathroom . No Security in room. No hot water . TV not working . No wifi. Very narrow road to access to the hotel . Break first terrible . Only 2 bred slices and egg. Services are terrible . Unsatisfied and unsafe .

Firstly, the owner wanted me to pay 4000 RS for staying a few hours. I got to pay 2600 and even though, I consider it a theft. The room was very dirty, with a big smell of wet and ticks under the pillows. I had to sleep over the blanchet because It was really disgusting to see these insects on the bed
