BAD Experience . NO Hot water No WiFi no cable recharge done on time even after reminder. I was having conference No attendant you need to personally go upstairs everytime even for switching light or asking for water etc.. No one to serve food or tea they just put it and disappear without bothering about replenishment. God knows how is this a 3star ????

I had gone to the hotel for a business conference over the weekend. I was particularly disappointed with the service. The AC were not working ever after complaining repeatedly. The snacks with the tea were too less to last for the entire group. And even then, the staff couldn't replace them in time. The food was mediocre. Some items were delicious and few were not at all good. For wifi, you have to go to the reception to get connected. And the connectivity is also limited. Parking is also a concern as the guard/person responsible for parking isn't very efficient. Over all, a budget stay but slightly over-priced. Definitely not a boutique hotel as per my experience.

Stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. The manager, Mr Mukesh, and in fact, all the staff were very courteous and helpful. Hotel is bang opposite Sapna cinema with a lot of eateries around. Hotel has a safe car parking space. Room decor is pretty good with a 42'' TV and an extremely cosy bed, made the stay extremely good. There is an in-house restaurant with room service. Food is delicious though the breakfast menu has scope for improvement. Probably the only thing that requires immediate attention is the geyser that took a lot of time to heat when used very early in the morning. Overall a good comfortable stay, will visit again.
