Silver Ferns (C)

Terrible experience. I stayed here a decade ago and it was very good. Years of neglect has brought it to a state where it is uncomfortable. The internet does not work and if it does the speed is slow and the connection keeps dropping. I have spent a fortune in roaming charges as well as data since I had to hot spot my phone with my laptop. I live in Uk so have a Uk phone which has turned out to be expensive. The air conditioning is ineffective and has to get a fan which was filthy. Photograph attached. The curtains have fallen from the rings and hang. Breakfast is not served in a hall but in the room which is an irritant. Overall a terrible experience. Am staying here at the moment and will probably check out earlier than the planned stay.

We stayed there 2 nights.. We just loved our stay as the service was great, they followed proper hygiene and were very corporate and helpful. The food was amazing and everything was organized. Location was very good near community center.

The silver ferns is a wonderful place in Delhi. I have come here before three times. The staff was very helpful. I loved breakfast. The market is very close. In this pandemic period they are using all the safeguards. Rooms are being sanitized, washrooms are being maintained properly. I will definitely come here again.
