I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure Vadodara Surya Palace Hotel, and I would like to share my wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Their friendly attitude immediately made us feel comfortable and valued as guests. The check-in process was very smooth and efficient, with all the necessary information provided clearly and promptly. After a long journey, this seamless experience was truly appreciated and set the tone for an enjoyable stay. Throughout our visit, we found the hotel facilities to be excellent. The property is well maintained, clean, and offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Every area of the hotel reflects attention to detail and a commitment to providing guests with a high standard of hospitality. I would especially like to mention the swimming pool and the gym facilities. The pool area is beautifully maintained, clean, and inviting. It provided the perfect place to unwind and relax after a busy day. The ambiance around the pool was pleasant, and it was evident that the hotel takes great care in maintaining this facility for its guests. The gym is another highlight of the hotel. It is well equipped with modern fitness equipment and is kept exceptionally clean and organized. The maintenance of the gym deserves special appreciation, as it allowed guests to continue their fitness routines comfortably during their stay. Having access to such a well-maintained fitness center added significant value to our overall experience. The overall service, cleanliness, and hospitality at Grand Mercure Vadodara Surya Palace Hotel exceeded our expectations. Every staff member we interacted with was polite and eager to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. A family celebration that should have been memorable turned into a frustrating experience due to your negligence and failure to fulfill your contractual commitment. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking this hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my bitter experience. Customers should insist on a detailed written agreement and retain all emails, invoices, and communications before making payments. As a result, the entire event was disrupted, causing significant inconvenience, embarrassment, mental stress, and discomfort to me, my family, and all our guests. We had a wonderful dinner at Grand Mercure. The Kadhai Paneer was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The Garlic Naan was soft, fresh, and complemented the curry really well. The Manchurian was crispy, delicious, and had a great balance of flavors. Overall, the food was fresh, well-presented, and the dining experience was excellent. Looking forward to visiting again!
