Most horrible behaviour by himanshoo I had to call for police help . He asked be to get out on asking owners number threatened me to cancel the booking gave me the most horrible room dirty bed sheet light not working fridge was broken was leaking water asked me to pay upfront without proper checking in spoke to me in gusto language I had to call the police that’s when he gave the owners number .. never stay in this property ever

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with this hotel. I was disappointed with the staff's rude behavior and they cancel my room was cancelled without any prior notice, after payment was done which created a lot of inconvenience for me. Lastly, I noticed discrepancies in the billing, which led me to believe that a fake bill was generated.

The hotel did not have an available room although reservation was confirmed and the fee was fully paid in advance. The hotel refused to cancel the booking although it is not offering room, meaning the hotel is not willing to refund, and did not offer any help at midnight to find another accommodation. At the end, the booking.com investigated and cancelled my reservation at free of charge, as hotel was “not reachable” when the booking.com agents called more than 5 times in about 5 hours. After 3 months, the refund has not been paid. What made it even worse is that the hotel staff were so rude, pretended not speaking English once the situation was not good for them. I ended up looking for another hotel in the middle of the night alone as a female traveler.
