FEEDBACK Hotel RiversideDeluxe . Thank you Hotel Riverside Deluxe for making our trip comfortable and enjoyable with 5 nights at your Hotel from 3 to 8 July 25 . Deluxe Room River facing with Balcony was good and well laid out . The staff was efficient. Special word of appreciation for Mr Amar the Manager who was very pleasant and helpful. Also Mr Prashant was good . Naveen the Hotel boy was very prompt and efficient with a smile on his face all the time .Well done Hotel Riverside team. Please keep the good work going. Location of the Hotel at Baga bridge is very good and walking distance to Baga Beach and many Restaurants around. We look forward to staying again at this Hotel soon. We a family booked one Standard AC room for four days. The room was allotted in the last block. The property is nice with a good swimming pool, but the rooms are not as good as expected but with a stinky smell and the toilet is ok. They don't give brush & tooth paste. I asked for toothpaste for the cost They said that you have to pay & I said ok and finally they told me they don't have any & advised me to get at an outside shop which is a km away. I went with the help of a watchman. I asked them to upgrade the room for which I will pay the extra amount- but they refused and for the first two days most of the rooms are totally vacant. I asked the lady receptionist for the places to visit nearby She said that to inquire with the taxi operator- tax stand which is nearby. The restaurant was good and The food is good. It was raining all four days, They have a solar water heater on the rainy day hot water is not available and I asked for hot water at the reception, they said to collect it from the geyser fitted in the 2nd floor of the block where I stayed. Finally I got the hot water from the 2nd floor corridor for bathing. Very disappointed and the reception people are not very caring about the guests.

This hotel got a great location besides River Baga, has great space to make most out of it. But, but, but restaurant management is not that much enthusiastic to provide a good customer support. Traveller don't get even basic facilities like water, breakfast and customer service. Hotel has a very negative waves, seems kind of ghost feelings. Very old and unmaintained rooms got rusted room washroom. Hotel didn't provided welcome drink or any water bottle for the sake of even courtesy. Attendant at reception had very lazy and was dull even cannot smile to welcome traveller. I would prefer to stay at private guest house rather than this oxygen survival accommodation with a expensive value. Traveller used to get in wrong impression by loving its location at 1st sight.
