I stayed here for 2 days, and unfortunately, it was one of my worst hotel experiences. The property looks very different from the pictures shown online. Room Cleanliness: Paid ₹8,257 for 2 days for a Deluxe Room with bathtub, but the room was extremely dirty. Bedsheet and bathroom curtain had visible stains. Upgrade: Paid an additional ₹2,000 for an upgrade just to get a cleaner room. Surprisingly, the upgraded room had no bathtub and no proper workstation. Serious Safety Issue: The upgraded room door could not be locked. Staff told me, “Sir tension mat lo, hum mein se koi room mein nahi aayega.” I was staying with my spouse, so this was completely unacceptable. A carpenter was called only after I demanded a solution/refund. Breakfast Hygiene: Very poor hygiene. Fruits were kept open with flies around them, and cleaning items were kept near the breakfast area. We were so uncomfortable that we skipped breakfast the next day. Staff: Staff were polite but clearly lacked professional training and proper hospitality standards. Noise: My room was near the swimming pool, where guests were playing loud music and drinking. We had to leave the resort just to get some peace. Overall: Huge difference between online pictures and reality. Poor cleanliness, hygiene, safety and guest experience. I would not recommend this resort, especially for couples or families. Definitely not worth the money. I paid 10K for 2 days for this horrible experience

Very disappointing stay at Estrela Do Mar Beach Resort. The room tariffs are extremely high for what is offered. The rooms are poorly maintained and look unpleasant. The AC had a bad smell, and the lights and switches were not functioning properly. There were a lot of mosquitoes near the window area and many insects inside the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The floor near the main entrance of the room was always wet due to water leaking from the AC drainage of the upstairs rooms. The staff behavior was very rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. At the swimming pool area, the staff/security constantly watched guests in an uncomfortable manner, making it feel like there was no privacy at all—especially concerning for families and women. The only positive aspect was the food, which was hygienic and tasty. Overall, our friends’ trip turned out to be a very bad experience. I returned yesterday and have been dealing with a severe throat infection since then. Strongly do not recommend booking this resort under any circumstances.
