Golden Palms Hotel & Spa

We had an amazing stay and the front office tea is excellent warm welcome and smooth checkout. Thanks to the front office manger and Rodger and Shashi they gave us 5 star feeling.

Worst hotel ever … Reception doesn’t even have a fan absolutely disgusting

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Pathetic amenities, no gym. The room quality was poor—the AC didn’t work at all, and the washroom was not up to standard. Room service was extremely slow; even simple requests took about an hour. There seemed to be no coordination among the staff, and once the payment was made, there was little to no concern for guest satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel—stay at your own risk.
