Resorte de Tio Carmino

Stayed in resort(now managed by Oyo) from 13th Sept to 16th Sept 2018. Did booking through cleartrip hence got free breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was ok very limited option but dinner was very good. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms were good. They have kitchen also attached with balcony. Rooms were clean but resort needs more maintenance. Pool is also available.

First impression was very poor shown by receptionist. She was very confused and rude. Thanks to Mr Raja Roy, one of the executives available there who managed all in a polite way.. Over all average stay!

Staff at the reception were good , rooms were decent , with good breakfast and pool , had little issue with luggage transfer from room , inspite of two reminders the staff did not not turn up to take the luggage and the mattress were very hard to sleep on
