Rococco Ashvem

We would recommend Rococco for family and group travel (ours was a group of 50 px). I want to thank each you one of your team for your services and also thanks to the owner Mr. Jose for the personal attention he regularly kept check that all our guests are happy and if anything was needed. Very accommodating and flexible they also arranged a DJ for us on the last night! The Rooms are very comfortable less than 25 meters form the beach and have TV, fridge. Food is awesome!

Nice resort to spend a couple of days at. The Resort is right on the beach. The restaurant is reasonable, beer is cheap and their barbequed chicken is something i recommend. Tip: always ask for the sea facing room. The rooms near the reception are noisy due to the power generator and aircon.

Just don't. I had booked a room after looking at the reviews and pictures and had paid around Rs. 8000 per night. This was one of my biggest mistake. The room was really small and in a pathetic condition plus it was on the road side without any provision for ventilation. The hotel is being run by some foreigner. I asked her to cancel my room for two days which she refused as it was tourist season. I tried to reason with her that if its a tourist season then she can profits by charging some fee for cancellation and giving the room on premium to some other customer but she refused. I was given an upgrade after huge arguments but still the new room was same, just bigger in size. The resort does not have any kind of security. Any one can enter from any side. I was given a room next to bike shop which itself is pathetic. In breakfast the only thing vegetarians get is poori with sabzi and watermelons and bananas. The only plus point was the front view which you could have got in any resort. We spent most of the time travelling but our mood was spoilt every time we went back to the resort. Thought of going back to the property was enough to spoil your mood. One of the person sought an extension on 2nd and it was provided for Rs. 2000/-. Don't go by reviews, if you are spending more than 2 grands, just don't choose this property. it's not worth the money. They are selling it like premium property which it is not. I would not call it even 2 starts property that too after considering the beach view.
