Arrived without booking as attended nearby hospital and need to be there next day. Had an iced coffee with complimentary cake in the cafe, just right. Reception staff pleasant and informative then greeted by Angela (manager?) and offered drinks at counter. Check in simple and quick plus given discount by Angela! Shown up to room by staff member who checked room was satisfactory before leaving me there. Room was spacious and well furnished with armchairs, tables and a huge bed. The bathroom was big with fluffy towels. Large TV with all the channels and a good nights sleep between crisp white sheets. Checked out about 9 am and was dropped at hospital by the hotel car thanks again to Angela! Definitely recommend and will stay again. Almost forgot to mention the casino; spent a couple of hours there and came out winning!

The staff really make this hotel special. Had an issue when checking in, sorted quickly and the resolution was excellent. Beautiful beach is 5 minute walk away. The Casino is right next to reception and there can be a bit of noise at the weekend otherwise all good.
