We loved our experience at Pan Asian Restaurant, Carnaval Resort. The service was amazing, chef Ram Chandra and Chef Nikhil were also very cooperative, customized the food as per our requirements Service by Ravi was also very good

We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at Caravela Beach Resort. The reception team, travel desk, transport services, and the entire Caravela staff were outstanding, highly cooperative, courteous, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality made our holiday even more enjoyable. A special word of appreciation goes to Ms. Saroja and Ms. Evonna. Their ever-smiling faces, genuine warmth, and caring attitude made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Ms. Saroja was exceptionally helpful and went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. We will always remember her smile, her kindness and hospitality. We would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Lucy from the Travel Desk. She did an excellent job in organizing all our sightseeing tours. Her extensive knowledge of Goa, meticulous planning, and efficient arrangements for transportation ensured that every trip was smooth, enjoyable, and perfectly coordinated. Her dedication greatly contributed to our happiness and satisfaction. Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to Mr. Sammim and the Manager of Caravela Beach Resort for their cordial nature, personal attention, and constant willingness to assist us. Their cheerful smiles and genuine concern for our comfort made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The food was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal during our stay. We sincerely appreciate Mr. Satya Narayanan Singh and Mr. Dinesh for their exceptional hospitality, warm treatment, and the outstanding care they extended to us throughout our visit. Our heartfelt thanks also go to Ms. Felicia, Mr. Prasad, and Mr. Ramu for their kindness, friendliness, and attentive service. They made us feel welcome and comfortable at all times. A special word of appreciation to Mr. Ashok Mesta, who drove us from the resort to Manohar International Airport in the hotel's brand-new car. He drove at a comfortable pace, exactly as we preferred, ensuring a smooth, safe, and relaxing journey. His courteous nature, professional driving, and willingness to assist us with our luggage made our departure pleasant and stress-free. His excellent service deserves special recognition and is truly worth mentioning. Our sincere thanks to the entire Caravela team for making our Goa vacation truly memorable. We leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning again in the future.
