Best Western Rock Regency

I was in this hotel for 2 days. Except their lobby, nothing is as good as it looks from outside. There is no ventilation in the stair case passages. The passage smells really bad. Room was bit OK but again no ventilation facility in the room so AC must be ON. Service was very poor as far as ordering dinner at 10:15 PM. They have limitations to the service at odd hrs. No hot water facility in the room. Banquet hall at 5th floor was also not that good. Overall bad experience. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst hotel stay ever, having traveled to almost every part of the world and stayed in some cheap hotels i can say this place takes the biscuit. After staying for two days they demanded payment for my room again despite the fact that i had already paid in Australia, the manager behind the desk ignored the prepaid voucher and kept asking that i pay in full for my stay. i spent a whole day ringing the travel agency to sort it all out. The room was dirty and the service was bad. Then when i booked out they charged me more in taxes than i paid for the entire stay. DONT STAY HERE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF WHEN YOU BOOK OUT

Located centrally and well connected to the city. Rooms are large and spacious but service is poor. Best Western although has shared it's co branding but standards are quite low. Can't ignore the fact some employees are outstanding and show boundary less behavior to make your stay memorable but overall management challenge. Room intercom was not working, lift was so crowded had to take stairs unto 4th floor every time, access card to room gets deactivated every now and then, etc...
