Cambay Sapphire

Very poor experience. Reached in the night we were allotted extremely unhygienic room full of dust many lights were fused bathroom were leaky taps and blocked drinage very poor air conditioner with no remote, old tv which was not on and extremely poor room service. Literally we have to fight for change of room which we got on second day after spoiling one night there.

very good hotel. big size room. good staff. location good. food ok. hotel GM Rupaniji my dear Person. need some modification of bath rooms. some rooms taps not working properly. over all not bad. good for rate of tariff.

It's a very hotel and seems like haunted. Though, the ambiance is good and the rooms are really nice. The only down side of it is the breakfast. Complementary breakfast is not so good. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel
