Excellent stay, room is good, clean, staff also good

Avoid this hotel if you expect them to honor their own written agreements, My 65-year-old father booked directly with this hotel and secured a written confirmation for a 5:00 pm late checkout to accommodate his 10:50 pm international flight. Despite having the agreement in writing, the reception staff refused to honor it. They explicitly admitted they made a mistake on their end, yet they still forced him to be out of his room by noon. As a result, an elderly traveler was left sitting outside for hours before his long flight. The absolute lack of basic empathy, hospitality, and accountability from the staff is disgraceful. A written agreement means nothing to this management. Do not stay here. His check-in date: Jul 24 His check-out date with forced check out time: Jul 25 (at noon instead of 5 pm)

Overall stay was nice with this property Also Room Service, Timely delivery of Laundry Breakfast Dinner was so delicious For my each stay I will recommend this property only as this is conveinient from Airpot as well as centre of the city
