Located at Paldi Crossing, this hotel offers ease of access to the travellers as lots of private bus operators have their offices at stone throw away distance. It was an affordable location for me too during my recent visit to Ahmedabad to attend a training program, as I had arrived during the early morning hours at Paldi itself through bus and was looking for a hotel to grab a quick early morning nap. The rooms are OK sort, the management needs to work on the lift as the indicators on the panel outside the lift on floors don’t show any thing which leads to confusion if the lift is in working condition or not. The interior corners of the lift had gone red and brown due to spitting of gutka or paan residue (yuck!!). It comes as surprise because the owner of hotel “Neel Kanth group” is also the owner of iconic revolving restaurant “Patang restaurant” at Nehru Nagar at Ahmedabad. Nonetheless , staff was quite helpful, they immediately changed my room as the room allocated to me had some issues with the AC. The room rate was Rs 1200 with 24 hours check in /check out facility.

Location is the best for people traveling to Ahmedabad by train/Flight with further travel by Bus. Very fair priced Hotel. Most safe for Girls/Women traveling alone. Staff is very cooperative & decent. Bed linen & blankets may not be very good but not bad either. Most of the Private Inter-City buses operate & originate from Paldi Char Rasta like: Shajanand, Swaminarayan, Neeta, Eagle, Royal Express to name a few. In house breakfast/Lunch/Dinner is available. In the same complex, a La Carte restaurant is available so also Gujrati Thali restaurant. South Indian cafe is next door. Reliance fresh Market is just a walking distance, All Bank's ATM are in this area. For a overnight or day stay I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a nightmare. We booked it via oyo and it was like living a nightmare .hotel is unhygienic with paan spit marks everywhere the reception area has clothes strewn around. the room service is rude. We reached at 6.45 pm and wanted to take a shower,they bluntly told us no hot water .room had cockroaches all over. The pillow cover was smelly and we asked to clean the room as we had spilt a bit of tea by mistake and the house keeping told us we won't clean .on complaining to the reception they sent someone . a family was also complaining at the reception about how they were harassing them with the log in .I am petrified at the services here .the staff is unclean, they told us that the breakfast was complimentery. We asked the reception what was complimentery he said speak to the kitchen .kitchen told us veg sandwich,cheese sandwich and potato parantha.on ordering potato parantha he said potato is not boiled yet. We ordered sandwich and eventually parantha were also served.on checking out he charged us for the sandwich saying only one item was complimentary and charges us 245 ₹ extra. It was the last stroke on the camels back .we said we won't pay extra then he in loud tone said I won't let ou take your luggage .we spoke to the oyo manager he said I can give you a discount coupon but please pay here .I said I won't book oyo anymore the its been one hour to this issue and no one is here .the hotel manager on top is threatening us that write wherever you want I don't care .its isn't about the extra money but about the rude and mentally harassing us
