Apra Inn

Worst hotel, worst management, I booked my hotel one month in advance but they forgot my booking and provided the arrangement in other hotel which was more worst than this, no water system, no kitchen, no arrangments. The dumb receptionist (I guess sandeep) of Hotel Apra Inn is a big waste and useless person. I just wasted my money and this bloody staff didn't realise how much pain we faced.

There was no hot water and the staff members were very illmannered! They kept us waiting for boiled drinking water and the bathroom+restroom+toilet was utterly very disgusting!! And on top, the hotel's name is Good Palace! They are duping people !!

The place is beautiful. Didn't expect something so creative in a building. A wonderful stay. Food was delicious. The services were great. Excalty like what is shown in the pictures. I would love to visit the place again.
