Great hotel with hygienic nd professional hospitality services...recommendable budget hotel to stay in karol bagh..Nearby to markets with a good connectivity to the INDIAN RAILWAYS ,ISBT nd AIRPORTS...

I stayed at this hotel cause the place was close to a family members house. I had read a couple of reviews which were not good about the hotel but yet decided to try the place. They charged me Rs 1200 for a single room. This rate was much higher that the OYO hotels around the place which were available at around Rs 900 a day. The menu was limited and really expensive. So had to look around for local eateries. Coming back to the hotel. The guy at the reception mentioned they had broken ties with OYO and were operating on their own. Yet the outside board showed OYO which seemed like a misrepresentation and misleading marketing gimmick by the hotel. When I entered the room they was tag sheet with OYO know it. Using any merchandise after a breakup from that company is termed as falsification of branding. The problems had just started. The washbasin seemed not washed for eternity. There was paan and gutka marks on the washbasin. The toilet seat also had marks. Clear indication that the washrooms were not washed. The water heater was not working. Complained about the same. People came saw it and mentioned that the heater is non operational. Had to ask for hot water in buckets. First day the water in the bucket was of room temperature. Since I was tired I took a bath quietly. Second bath I had to have attached friends place cause the heater was still not repaired. Second day again a bucket of water for bath but this time the water was hot. The fridge in the room worked fine. Strangely there was a huge window like opening in the bathroom that opened in front of the lift area at the top of the wall. Which means if I spoke anything in the room with the washroom door open could be heard next to the lift. That clearly means no privacy. Who makes such kind of rooms. The washroom had insects what we call Mango Flies. Now that's due to the washroom being not cleaned. There was no cleaning of the washroom nor the room. The dustbin was not cleared for two days. Thinking of this and being a person who has lived in good hotels this felt like living in the dumps. There was this weird smell and taste to the water that came from the tap in the washbasin. So think before you book this hotel cause for the price of Rs 1200 there were better hotels in the area. A mistake well learnt.

Don't stay at this place!!! I took a pre paid taxi at the airport in new delhi at 2 am. The taxi driver told me that my other hostel was blocked, so he took me to "travel agency". Those scary guys from this agency "helped to find a new accomodation" but everything was a lie. So, they find this oyo place, that was dirty... No wi-fi (because they were trying to keep me silence with this situation). It's a gang... the taxi driver, the turism agency, this hotel... So, I had the worst experiencie with travel in my hole life... I already visited more than 30 countrys and unfortunatelly it happened with me and my girlfriend in our first day in India
