Hotel staff where incredibly kind and helpful, specially Ravi at the restaurant, who gave us amazing service. Grate breakfast with lots of options. Swimming pool and gym are grate. The restaurant and the bar are too expensive and not worthy.

I have had the pleasure of spending over three weeks at this hotel! The staff have been amazing, courteous, professional, welcoming and friendly! Raul is worthy of mention for his outstanding service always going the extra mile without be asked! My room is large, comfortable and well appointed! Thank you

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely humiliating, unprofessional, and distressing treatment that my friends and I experienced during our recent stay at your hotel. The conduct of your front desk staff caused us severe mental harassment and public embarrassment in front of my colleagues. Please find the details of the incident below: 1. My friend and I had booked one room, while another room was separately booked by another friend in our group. 2. At approximately 2:00 AM, one additional friend arrived after travelling from a long distance. 3. I politely requested the front desk staff to either: 4. Allow a third occupant in our room by charging the applicable extra occupancy fee, or 5. Provide another available room or suite, for which we were willing to pay immediately. 6. The front desk staff bluntly stated that no rooms or suites were available, which I find difficult to believe. Nevertheless, I accepted their response. 7. Frustrated by the lack of assistance, I left the room key at the reception desk while going out for dinner with my friend. 8. One of the staff members asked whether I was checking out. I clearly replied "No." At no point did I complete any checkout formalities, sign any document, or authorize checkout. 9. Later, after attending a party, we returned to the hotel at approximately 7:00 AM. By this time, it was daytime, and guests are generally permitted to enter. 10. Once again, the staff refused to cooperate and prevented my friend from accompanying me to the room. 11. Frustrated, I stated that I would collect my belongings and leave. 12. Shockingly, the front desk staff refused to hand over my room key and insisted that I had already checked out. This was completely false because: 1. My belongings were still inside the room. 2. One of my friends was asleep inside the room. 3. I had never signed any checkout document or completed any checkout procedure. 4. The staff further stated that they would send housekeeping to remove my belongings from the room. 5. This statement was extremely insulting and disrespectful. It made us feel as though we were being treated like criminals rather than paying guests. 6. Please note that we were four women, and we had consumed alcohol after attending a party. Instead of ensuring our safety or assisting us professionally, the staff chose to intimidate and argue with us. 7. One staff member even made the disrespectful remark: 8. "Chabhi nikalwa ke dikha do." 9. Such language is completely unacceptable for hospitality staff. 10. Since the reception refused to provide my room key, I had to call my friend who was asleep inside the room to come downstairs. 11. Only after she arrived did another staff member bring the key and accompany us to the room. 12. Upon entering, the staff proceeded to inspect the room by checking the washroom, cupboards, and even behind the curtains, as though they suspected us of theft. 13. This was one of the most humiliating experiences I have ever faced in any hotel. 14. At no point during my stay did I engage in any illegal activity or violate hotel property. I was simply requesting access to a room that I had legally booked and paid for
