It's nice and clean place to stay. The service received was awesome too. Being there is like living life in heaven. The food provided is with hygiene and cleanliness. They are too good to handle and deal with customers. Service they provide make you feel like at home or heaven. This place is a must visit and one must visit here to see what a service is all about. How the service should be provided to customers. They not just satisfy the customers but they actually make them feel delighted. They make all their customers feel like they have visited a place which is not less than heaven. They provide such good and ventilated rooms with the attached bathrooms and provide all needs with such good care. They actually care for the customers and make them feel special. They also not charge much for their goodly provided services and special treatments with special care with awesome environment and good and decorative rooms with hygienic and delicious food along with special drinks. I would say the location is OK but the hotel is good and staff is friendly. It is situated in West Delhi and you would probably need a cab or taxi to go around. But is a good value for money hotel for short stays be it personal or business. Breakfast buffet restaurant is good and food is nice too. I stayed in September 2014 and I was fully satisfied. Good car parking too.

A very cozy hotel in the heart of West Delhi with easy access to Pacific Mall - Good place to live in.. I believe they have changed the name from Iris Hometel to Tulip Inn - the good part about the hotel is that it has no frills - it is very basic and meets the requirements of a 3 star property
