The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable (for us). The air conditoner and fan work fine. Breakfast is served in the room, there isn't a dining room. They bring what you ordered the night before to your room at the time you ask. The staff is the best feature of this hotel. They are so nice and helpful in every aspect. Beginning with the doorman (sorry I didn't write his name), that didn't let us once open the door ourselves, meeting at reception by Satvinder's beautiful smile. Mr. Mukesh always around. The young Wasim and Manu working around the clock, Mr Sayed arranging travels and cabs, and Mr Ravi, that seems never goes home. All welcoming, asking about our trips and experiences and helping in any way they could. i stayed at hotel pearl plaza with my wife. Staff is very helpful and humble, have set high standards of hospitality. The room and bathroom is well-kept. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We had such a great time at this hotel, very good staying experience
