My stay at Sunstar Residency was pleasant and well-managed The property is conveniently located, rooms are clean, and overall services are maintained to a good standard. I would especially like to appreciate the efforts of the receptionist Mr. Nitin. His conduct was professional, respectful, and helpful throughout my stay. He handled responsibilities efficiently and ensured that guest concerns were addressed promptly and politely. Being a person from the Indian Navy, I value discipline, professionalism, and courteous behavior, and I was glad to see these qualities reflected in Mr. Nitin’s approach towards his duties. His positive attitude and sense of responsibility contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of the front desk. Overall, Sunstar Residency is supported by a capable team and staff members like Mr. Nitin add value to the guest experience. I wish the team continued success.
