Hotel Silverine

Recently visited shimla, stayed at hotel silverine near highcourt and mall road too. Hotel is really decent in terms of service, staff and location. If you are looking for a property near mall road in budget too. This is the perfect place i have experienced so far in 20 year. Hospitality staff is really quick and polity. Reception desk is very amazing they are always ready to make you comfortable. They also gave us early check in as we reached 9 in the morning so they gave us the room at 10 a.m. overall very great experience if u want to stay near mall road. Thanks HOTEL SILVERINE

Varun, you are undoubtedly a very good businessman, but unfortunately, this experience has made me question the human side of you. I had booked the hotel for three days at the end of May, but due to personal commitments and unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to go ahead with the stay. I explained my situation to you honestly and shared the exact reason why I couldn’t come. I was hoping that, on humanitarian grounds, you would understand my situation and support me by considering a refund. You assured me that you would do something for me at least, and I genuinely believed that you would understand my circumstances. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Frankly, I tried to forget about the whole matter, but it still hurts to accept that, despite being honest and transparent about my situation, my genuine circumstances were not considered. Varun, I genuinely thought you were a good person who would understand and support someone in a difficult situation. Unfortunately, I feel I judged you wrong. Business is important, and making money is part of it, but I strongly believe that humanity and empathy should never be compromised. This is not how I believe one should succeed in business.

We stayed here for three days, and the staff was extremely rude and lacked basic manners while speaking to guests. When we asked for assistance with parking, no one was willing to help. On top of that, they are demanding advance payment for all three days. Overall, it was a very disappointing and poor experience.
