Location Excellent . Atmosphere so nice. Romms the best and new. Value good. Noise level Nil. Service Excellent by owner and manager . Amenities Ac nice bath and upper Sitting Terrace and shikara free 1 Time up and down . Commen Drawing room and kitchen

we stayed here for one night .They bring you in a shikara and as you enter the houseboat you are greeted with kawa and the balcony offers nice views and you can also enjoy sitting in the terrace.There is a library .Food is good home made food.The breakfast was also very nice.shikara ride options are available for a cost and also boats come to sell wares,it is a bit noisy as other people also share the same houseboat but overall the scenic beauty of nigeen lake compensated for it

While the houseboat was refurbished but our checking was significantly delayed , when we were calling the number nobody picked up and we left the place to come back after 2 hrs and then only checked in, food wasn’t good, there was too much noise throughout as anyone would walk past our room Geyser wasn’t working well. Surely avoidable
