Hotel Yuvraj Palace

Good property but old one. Service is too basic. Food is ok type. Parking is available. Rooms are quite big and good. Couldn’t sleep as too many mosquitoes. Price js bit high as compared to others. Staffs are helpful with tips. I can rate a OK stay.

Hotel Yuvraj has the touch and spaciousness of a hotel built in the past. Rooms are big and comfortable. Yet the age of the hotel is telling from poor plumbing - all facets are loose, washers gone and water dripping all the time, It was hard to see so much water getting wasted. The same reason, hot & cold water mixing was very poor during a shower. The food is way below average, and choices for simple, light meals almost nil. These are essentials for a tired business traveller. The hotel needs to do a complete upgradation of its amenities, to get better ratings and to help conserve on its water and electricity consumption.

This hotel is very good and can be thought as mid-range budget hotel. The staffs are really good and hotel is in heart of city and is very near to GPO doranda and High-court is 2 km and ranchi station is 3-4 km from here. If you are new to Ranchi, do take this hotel totally recommended one
