Service was good. Breakfast included but same menu for 4 nights we stayed. An old run down property. Woodwork dusty & worn out. Bathroom though clean were old. Bathtub looked dirty. No hold for bathtub nearly slipped. Changed room to non bathtub next day. Continued staying because of convenient location. Remaining 3 nights we stayed without AC only on fan as AC was not working.

After a long time I had the opportunity of staying again at Ballal Residency. I am very impressed with the way the Ballal tradition has been maintained over the years. The staff be at the reception or the restaurant or room service including housekeeping are giving a warm and efficient service. The restaurant quality has remained the same though new items are added . The commitments from the management in handling the daily affairs is quite educative even for veterans. Excellent location close to the vibrant Brigade Road and M G Road . Overall a good stay at Ballal

It was a nice place for a short stay in the heart of the city. Clean, courteous staff and a good restaurant. Best part apart from the hotel is it’s centra location - not only is it budget friendly but also walkable distance to MG road with its restaurants, Brigade road and Garuda Mall. A short hop on a tempo takes you to commercial street. Our family had a good time and it was very convenient as it’s close to all those places above - esp when you are traveling with old parents and young kids.
