Unclean, foul smelling premises, musty room and loo, unwashed linen, leaking loo, broken lock and fittings in the loo, main lockcan be opened with a spoon end or any flat tipped object. Ridiculous service, one water bottle a day for two guests, second bottle chargeable, also one towel only, creaking fan, floor stained with swab marks from from an already unclean mop. This whole experience was gained within half an hour of arrival. Overall a disgustingly unclean place. Smells like a used toilet and kitchen waste everywhere. And all rooms have cigarette smell as well. The staff is busy making a noise all the time in the corridors. Thoroughly disappointed with Fab Hotels to sell this properly shamelessly and blindly. This hotel is a bad dream come true.

The reception was bit slow in handling queries and problem solving. The rooms were large with big bathroom and comfortable bed.. the house keeping was friendly and helpful BIGGEST TURN OFF - THE BREAKFAST WAS NOT HOT

Here ends your brand image. Can your team please look onto the basic services offered in a hotel. My stay at fabhotel barons Inn, Bangalore was so bad that the bathroom door lock and the room door lock was broken. Attached are the pictures. Bathroom door lock broken, can someone imagine how we managed staying here. We were 3 people in a room. Attached are the pictures and the same review will be posted on all social media channels. I want a complete refund and please don't try to justify the issue. I can share you more pictures if required. Please refund my entire amount ASAP. I got fooled by your fancy logo and advertisements. You spend so much on advertising, make sure your service is top notch. Then you can start investing in marketing. Else the brand will lose steam in no time. BEWARE. Treebo hotels is catching up.
