Great experience at the oterra rooftop. Good service and drinks, thanks to Raj and Nirmal!

Hello The Oterra Team, Thank you so much, Mr. Malik, for understanding our requirements, taking the time to connect with us, and introducing us to Chef Pritam and Mr. Ramesh. We truly appreciate your effort and support in making our daughter’s birthday celebration so special. Chef Pritam, thank you so much for preparing such delicious food and for personally guiding us with your wonderful suggestions. Every recommendation was excellent, and the sushi you prepared especially at our request was truly special. The cake also deserves a special mention 🎂 It was so beautifully designed and looked absolutely stunning. Your effort to make it even better meant a lot to us. ☺️ I also absolutely loved the fruit punch it was so refreshing and delightful. Honestly, it is impossible for me to choose just one favourite dish because everything was so delicious. Every dish had its own special touch. In all my eight years in Bangalore, I have never experienced Soya chaap at this level. It was so incredibly delicious that I can honestly say I will never forget this taste in my lifetime.🥰It was truly unforgettable! flavours, presentation, hospitality, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. I will genuinely cherish this experience for a long time. ☺️ Our guests were full of praise for the food, ambience, and management. The children especially loved the noodles they were perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. 😍 Every little detail made the experience feel so special, and honestly, words are not enough to express how happy and satisfied we were. Mr. Ramesh, you are such a humble, warm, and supportive person. Thank you for managing everything so beautifully and for making sure everything was taken care of. Your efforts and the entire team’s hospitality truly made a difference. All the staff were extremely attentive, cooperative, and genuinely caring towards our guests. Overall, our guests had a wonderful time, and we were absolutely delighted with the entire experience at The Oterra. You all made our daughter’s birthday celebration even more beautiful, memorable, and special than we could have imagined. ❤️🥰 Once again, thank you so much , to the entire team, especially Chef Pritam for all your efforts, kindness, and wonderful hospitality. It truly means a lot to us🙏

We had a wonderful experience at The Oterra, and I would especially like to appreciate Shahbaz at the reception for his excellent hospitality. We were travelling as a family of two adults and two children, and Shahbaz suggested an upgrade to a much more spacious room with a separate living area and an additional bed. Although the upgrade was chargeable, it was absolutely worth it and made our stay significantly more comfortable. What impressed us even more was during checkout. As there was no concierge staff available at that moment, Shahbaz personally stepped in, helped with our luggage and made sure it was taken all the way to our car. This kind of proactive and personal service really stands out. Shahbaz went beyond his role to make sure our family was comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you, Shahbaz, for the excellent hospitality and service!
