I'm really happy with the service. The hotel now has got truly a face lift than what it was before. Namely Arjun and Bilal took care of all my needs and gave me a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Learnt my lesson not to club flight and hotel, they give you the worst room since you have already paid for. About this property 1. Understaffed, No staff for anything. Room service appears to go to some near by restaurant and everything that is being served in room is cold / bad on taste, and overly priced. Normal time anyone would attend to room service request is more then 30 minutes minimum. 2. Room had leaking AC, complaint did not effect them 3. Room had Fan that made so much noise like a moving train over your head, better to switch it off. 4. Room had small refrigerator that smelt like anything, never used. 5. Room had TV set with Tata Sky set top with no packages bought. Only free channels. 6. No hot water in bathroom 7. Order a Taxi and even OLA is unable to reach to your location easily, damn I almost missed my flight. 8. Priced at as any other 3/4* property no value for money.

Hotel is good but room service is very poor since restaurant is not there. Breakfast is average. The best part of the hotel is location, very close to MG Road. WIFI speed is awesome, Never find such speed anywhere.
