GATEWAY HTL ON RESIDENCY ROAD

Very good experience overall, delicious meals. Special thanks to Ikram, baisakhu and chef rajkumar . They all are very trained to suggest me indian biriyani .

This place is like a second home whenever we land in Bangalore. Great team led by Mr Pradeep and Inam really takes care of the entire stay very personally. But it’s high time for some serious improvements, especially quality of beds and breakfast. Beds- they are not medically recommended beds, they are so weak, especially for aged people, not recommended beds. We demonstrated to house keeping manager, but no action taken or a follow up done during our 3 nights stay. Very unlikely! Breakfast- we stopped having breakfast due to poor quality. But my parents prefer to eat breakfast in the property because of the medical reasons, but the quality has significantly dropped and in fact we didn’t have breakfast on the last day even though we had paid for it. Must improve! Air conditioning- this is another issue in some rooms and we always end up borrowing table fan to compensate for poor air conditioning. Shower - in some rooms , shower is really fast and good. But the rooms allotted to us this time had very poor flow of water from the shower. In summary- though facility is renovated, but basic things like quality of bed, air conditioning and shower should be offered for the cost charged. Hope this feedback helps to improve.

We visited Vivanta Residency Road, Bengaluru for an official meeting. We had dinner with our colleagues and the food was delicious in Karavali restaurant. The ambience and the outskirts of the property were very pleasant. Special thanks to General Manager, Mrs. Reetika Kanwar, for her dynamic leadership. The property was well maintained. Special appreciation to Master Chef Thimmaya for the wonderful food. We would also like to appreciate the excellent service provided by Sunder, Amith, Rukshar, and Shyin. Warm regards, Ningaraju
