Mango Hotels Bangalore Koramangala Ii

It was a very good condition of food there. A quick service and nice service was there. Tastes of food was just awesome, it was delicious too.one must go there to have lunch or dinner with their friends or family.

This is a small hotel, but my room was spacious, placed on a quiet street and walking distance to the shopping center etc. Food was okay, service was a bit amateur. Stone steps to the hotel may be wet from cleaning and hence very dangerous to slip and fall - as I did. No warning was placed and no reaction from the staff followed.

We recently stayed (wife & myself), while the hotel has most things working for it, location , room size and value for money. But the key is always the staff, which in my opinion is completely run down and requires a overhaul. here are a few example why ... 1 Our in room water kettle had some gluey substance on the inside, we asked for it to be changed while stepping out for the day, dint happen. 2. there were no tea spoons to stir our coffee / tea in the room, we called the reception for some spoons to be sent up, nothing turned up in 2 days. 3. the wifi login and password we were given at the time of check in were expired, we requested for new ones to be sent to the room, nothing came for 2 days. 4. we asked for the broken / malfunctioning window shared to be looked into while stepping out for the day .. again nothing happened, they came and wanted to fix it when we returned back after a long day, keep in mind the room was cleaned during the day. All this we brought to the notice of the front desk, his first response was I have just come for my shift, I don't know anythings. Which is when we just decided to drop it.
