The door knob of the Washroom was broken On asking room service for a cold beverage they had NONE. Despite a plethora of options mentioned in menu. When I asked for a plate they said it will take 25 minutes . I mean how can something as basic as that can take time.

The hotel promises certain offers at the time of booking, but during checkout they do not honor them. The reception staff says one thing, while the manager says something completely different. This creates confusion and feels very unprofessional. We were not clearly informed about additional charges in advance. At checkout, the information was suddenly changed, and we were asked to pay extra. I strongly suggest that if the hotel offers you anything (late checkout, discounts, etc.), make sure it is clearly written and signed by the reception to avoid misunderstandings later. Its location is in the city, Location, food, ambience, cleanliness, front desk , room service, water service, every thing very good.
