Nalapad Residency

Hi I have been stayed in this hotel for 15days in the month December 2022 room was Okay and coming to service very bad and also Restaurant very first day I have ordered chicken roast around 10:30pm they have give me burnt food and in this hotel very bad as customer trust issues they wont post food bill in check out funds they collect cash they wont even give time to eat first they want cash service guys are very rude towards clients attitude behaviour I suggest this hotel is not that great if they wont provide check out restaurant bill to room why to stay in this hotel we can book an service flat and we can order swiggy or etc Experience is very bad at this property

I had stayed at this hotel once. It was located on busy K.G. Road and it is near to the railway station. The hotel is basically a business hotel and the location is very crowded. There was a cinema hall just beside the hotel . I had taken a twin room , it was spacious. Room service ok . Staffs were also helpful. Tariff moderate.

After viewing their impressive website we decided to stay in Hotel Nalapad in Bangalore during our trip. We booked for 2 nights and paid the advance. After reaching there we were shocked to see the room and the bathroom. The name itself reflect its actual state: nala main pad ( fell into the sewer ). Room was smelly and bedsheets were stained. Floor tiles were coming out. Their so called comlimentary BF was also horrible. On top of it there was a fight over the actual balance while checking out. Those people told us that tax is included in the total price but at the time of checkout front desk person backed out. So we had tough time in settling down the remaining balance. I won't recommend this hotel to anybody.
