Pride Emarald Island Resort

The experience in emerald was horrible, Lack of cleanliness. It was very unsafe for the couple or family to stay, we actually booked for a boathouse, but Minetrip fooled us by giving this emerald Island. I suggest others not to be fooled like us, Please don't believe Minetrip. They really disappointed us by falsely promising.

Location is good, idyllic, looking out to across the distant shore on the other side of the lake. Fantastic expanse of water, Very few lone fishermen trying their luck in the vast expanse. Enjoy the breeze and the sound of silence. Rooms though, leave a lot to be desired. Poorly maintained overall. Staff are helpful.

Rooms are very poorly maintained and bed linens/towels were dirty, unusable. Food quality is worse. The tariff price is too expensive foe poor facilities. There are plenty of other alternative resorts where you can get superior service and room standards for this price. Please STAY AWAY
