Hamilton Hotel

We booked a deluxe room with a "large" king bed and were taken to an extremely standard room with a bed hardly big enough for 1 person let alone 2. We questioned the boss explaining the problem and were bluntly dismissed and told you get what you're given. During our stay we asked to make a local call which was denied, Asked for toilet paper also denied and were refused access to any of their services after check out. Such as the toilet

I purchased one night at this hotel in Mid February 2013 using their website the day before staying there. When I went to check out, despite showing them the confirmation email that my night had been paid in full, they insisted the money had not appeared in their account so forced me to pay again before I could leave. About a month later they emailed me to tell me that my initial payment had been received and offering to refund me for the double payment however this money was never deposited in my Australian bank account and I am still waiting.

We stayed in a deluxe room. Room: Very small. Bed is not comfortable. It was clean Breakfast Buffet: It is not a buufet; only 2 items with limited quantity. Juice was pprovided in a funny 3 oz (90 ml) glass. Quality of the breakfast buffet was bad and we had food poisoning one day. Service: It is iindifferent to bad. Staff rang our room at 9:40 PM and told us that we have not ordered dinner. We slept by then after eating dinner outside. The restaurant person can not understand or speak any English. Overall it is not good for family.
