Avenue Regent (C)

I left an item of clothing in my room and only realised after checkout. Despite numerous calls to housekeeping and directly speaking to the manager nobody has been in touch - quite disappointed to say the least. At any other hotel the house keeping immediately inform front desk and the customer is informed - why was this not done? The manager has not been in contact hence I had no choice but to leave this review. very limited breakfast buffet due to gas shortage and quality of items given were also not the best.

Excellent very clean and modern hotel, very friendly and responsive staff, breakfast and meals were delicious, ideal location on the most famous Ernakulam Avenue near Fort kochi, in short everything was perfect.

Recently visited the coffee shop at Avenue Regent, and it was a truly delightful experience. The ambiance was comfortable and perfect for a relaxed meal or a quick coffee break. The food and beverages were of excellent quality fresh and flavorful, A special mention goes to the Chicken Caesar Salad, which was absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality dining experience in a cozy setting!
