The hotel was located very close to the airport and free taxi service was also available.It was pleasant at the time.The rooms were spacious and quite comfortable.A good value for money.Extremely clean.Excellent service.The noise level was not high.There was a well maintained swimming pool and other amenities.My only concern was that my family and I reached the restraunt around 3 but had to go to a bar themed restaurant with out two kids which had loud music and people drinking alcohol which wasn’t a family appropriate environment.Overall liked the experience and would highly recommend.

It was another visit to Hotel Presidency- after a long time w.r.t. a residential training programme for govt officials. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the hotel- right in the mid of City with all the major attractions nearby. Infact right from the booking, the concerned official- Ms Reena Benny was very polite and helpful in managing the arrangementspeaks about personalized touch by her alongwith the hotel staff. I personally feel rooms and facilities of all hotels are more or less same- It is the staff's behaviour which matters a lot and which makes a difference........ Right from front office to restaurant to housekeeping- the staff members showed their eagerness to help you and satisfy your queries... Warm Welcome by Mr Thomas & Mr Sandeep at front office and timely day to day service with smiling faces by Restaurant staff under the leadership of Ms Shobha beside making the rooms neat and tidy by housekeeping staff under the guidance of Beena, to your needs is really commendable..... Only one aspect need improvement is relating to banquet staff- who need to be present during the conference ................ As far as food is concerned, it was sumptuous, taking care of taste buds- right from youngsters to people in 50s……. Thanks to Mr John, Chef for taking care of the same.... It would be quite unfair – not to mention about energetic and efficient leadership of Mr. Kiran Koshy, General Manager- who was omnipresent for your assistance--- from morning till dinner time…. To me, the Presidency Hotel gives you a HOMELY TOUCH( but with professionalism) makes it worth to be visited again n again......... Keep it up........ Good ambience, service , good taste of food and also people are very kind enough to respond , overall good . Neat and clean rooms , optional food menu .
