⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Lunch Experience at Taj Kumarakom Our family had an absolutely unforgettable lunch at Taj Kumarakom. Every aspect of our visit—from the warm welcome to the last bite of dessert—was nothing short of exceptional. This is hospitality at its finest. A very special thanks to Mr. Vinpugal, who was the very first person I contacted while planning our visit. From that first conversation, he took complete ownership of our reservation and made sure every detail fell perfectly into place. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to ensuring everything was seamless gave us complete confidence even before we arrived. A heartfelt appreciation to Executive Chef Binu Mon, whose passion for guest satisfaction truly stood out. He personally came by our table several times throughout the meal, making sure we were enjoying every dish and that our experience was nothing less than the very best. That level of care is rare and speaks volumes about his dedication. Chef Raju Jacob, the South Indian cuisine specialist, was equally wonderful. He shared his expertise and love for Kerala cuisine in his own unique way, taking the time to explain dishes and ensuring we experienced the authentic flavors of the region. His warmth and pride in his craft made the meal even more memorable. A special mention to Femi, whose courteous and attentive service added to the overall experience. It was a pleasure interacting with such a polite and welcoming member of the team. The food was outstanding, the ambience was beautiful, but what truly sets Taj Kumarakom apart is its people. The genuine care, personal attention, and pride each team member takes in creating memorable experiences are what make this place extraordinary. It's location is near lake bed and connected to lake and bird sanctuary Rooms here was too spacious and nice atmosphere with good vibes as its a big property with limited rooms, villas and suites . Its definitely a value for money property in kumarakom as its a very silent area and with all amenities and top Hospitality. Here i came across Abinav sir he was also helpful and good in nature Every staff here was helpful If want to go for shikara or boat ride pls take on your own from outside property near by

An unmatched hospitality experience at Taj Kumarakom. We visited as a family of 5, and booked 2 cottages to celebrate my wife's milestone birthday. The team at Taj Kumarakom and the property itself was top notch right from before booking to after send off. Special thanks to Abirami, the duty manager, who was exceptional in helping arrange the booking and provide all the help we needed. Special thanks also to Femi, who helped arrange for the eggless cake and decoration that made the birthday feel truly special. Also, thanks to the chef, for taking the time to call and check our preferences ( we are vegetarian ). Overall the entire family had a great time: we enjoyed the Kerala monsoon from the balconies of our cottage, had an aromatherapy Spa, and daughter enjoyed the zipline. The hotel also arranged for a shikara ride for us from a vendor. The breakfast, tea, lunch and dinners were all fabulous. Highly recommend the Taj Kumarakom for you to enjoy the monsoon call.
