We spent three days at the resort, we enjoyed the peaceful and charming surroundings, rooms are convenient, staff is very friendly and helpful, hospitality is top on the top of the hills.

I had a very disappointing experience at Upper Deck Resort. The room service was extremely poor, and there was no à la carte dining option available, which was quite inconvenient. Considering the premium price they charge, the rooms were only average and did not justify the cost. The biggest letdown was the lack of hospitality. The staff seemed indifferent, and the overall guest experience fell far below expectations. There are much better options available at this price point. I would not recommend this resort if you’re looking for quality service and value for money.

Visited during summer and surprisingly the climate at the resort remained pleasant throughout the stay. Early mornings were especially beautiful with fresh air and clear valley views. The property gives a very natural and peaceful feel. Perfect break from city heat
