Make it short in 4-5 lines Had buffet breakfast at Courtyard Marriott Andheri East and was really disappointed. The muffin served on the buffet was clearly spoiled. I brought it to the staff’s attention immediately because food safety matters. What bothered me more: even after I highlighted the spoiled food, *nobody came to check, nobody discussed it with me, and there wasn’t even a basic courtesy of an apology*. For a Marriott property, I expected better attention to guest feedback. When you pay for a 5-star buffet breakfast, you expect fresh food and at least basic service recovery when something goes wrong. This was missing on both counts. Hope the F&B team takes this seriously and trains staff to acknowledge complaints instead of ignoring them.

Thoroughly impressed by the hospitality, particularly during breakfast and in the Lounge. The food and beverage experience was elevated by a team that genuinely cares about their guests. Booking, Check-in, Check-out & drop-off: Changing the dates was such a nice process with the sales team - seamless & quick. The check-in through Bipin was efficient & done with care. Arun to take care of the luggage. Arun during check out & Vishnu for the airport drop - all of them were spotlessly efficient providing utmost customer care with a smile. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet is vast and delicious, offering a great mix of healthy vegetarian options & local Kerala delicacies. What made it special was the service. Greeshma was incredibly attentive, ensuring my table was always clear; had a warm, welcoming presence that sets a positive tone for the morning. Was efficient always had a smile. The team works seamlessly together to create a fantastic start to the day. Lounge Access (Food & Drinks): The Lounge is a serene escape with a great ambiance. The evening cocktails and d'oeuvres were of high quality. Angel Joseph a standout – he is incredibly caring about the food. He also ensured the food selection was refreshed. Siddarth provided impeccable service, anticipating our needs before even asked. Though the "Executive Lounge" booking experience can have good improvements in terms of options & variety. Overall: The combination of a great property a phenomenal team makes this hotel a top choice in Kochi. Special thanks to Bipin, Angel Joseph, Siddarth, Greeshma, Arjun, Arun & Vishnu for making our stay smooth & memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

I've been staying at this hotel since 2014, and it continues to be my preferred choice in Mumbai. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and spotless, and the food is consistently delicious. Room service is prompt and efficient, while the laundry service is reliable and always delivered on time. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. The Front Office, Concierge, Security, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Room Service teams are warm, courteous, and highly professional, making every stay feel like coming home rather than staying at a hotel. A consistently outstanding guest experience and highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
